Unlike most agents, I represent only one party to a transaction. I find it a conflict of interest when an agent represents both the Buyer and the Seller in the same transaction. My experience tells me that the real estate agent in a dual agency situation is more interested in both sides of the commission than in the complete representation of both the Buyer and Seller. Remember, I represent you only.

When interviewing agents, ask if they handle dual agencies - if the answer is yes - Look Out!! If they say no - ask for it in writing.

I represent you the "Seller" only. I do not represent Buyers in my real estate practice. While most agents represent both Buyers and Sellers, I find my time better spent dealing with Sellers only. Over the years, I have been able to hone my listing skills to a degree that I provide very effective marketing advice to the Seller.

If you need to purchase a replacement home, I am quite happy to refer you to a "Buyers Agent Only", who will give you complete service and help coordinate your sale and purchase with me.
